EONARIUM presents Genesis is an immersive light show that reimagines the story of creation in a way that has never been seen before. Designed by PROJEKTIL, this captivating experience has enthralled audiences across Europe and the UK, offering a contemporary interpretation of the timeless Genesis narrative through stunning visual artistry.
The Boston installation of EONARIUM presents Genesis marked PROJEKTIL’s debut in the United States, hosted at the historic Temple Ohabei Shalom. The temple’s sacred architecture provided a fitting and atmospheric backdrop for the Genesis experience, fusing art, history and state-of-the-art technology.
DWP Live partnered with PROJEKTIL and Fever to bring this ambitious vision to life in Boston. Through 360-degree projection mapping, synchronized audio and dramatic lighting, they transformed the synagogue into a breathtaking immersive canvas, seamlessly merging modern technology with tradition to tell the story of creation.
Our Approach
DWP Live’s strategy focused on maintaining PROJEKTIL’s proven workflows while adapting them to the unique conditions of a U.S.-based historical venue.
A key objective was to create an immersive 360-degree experience, achieved through the precise placement and programming of projection, audio and lighting systems. Additionally, the team developed a fully automated system that could be updated remotely, reducing the need for on-site adjustments over the four-month duration of the installation. Pre-production planning allowed the team to address challenges such as power limitations and structural access while ensuring the artistic integrity of the project.
